Business relations specialist (Sales Manager) Business Relations Specialist (Sales Manager) Job description: In relation to the completed expansion of the Afrodyta **** Business & SPA Hotel and the opening of the new event facility Dwór Aprodyta, we are looking for a person keen to take up a job full of challenges, working as the Business Relations Specialist. The conference and meeting market is very dynamic and the expectations of business people are growing. Business is based on relationships, understanding and trust. We want to build better long-term relationships with our existing and new corporate clients. The employed person will be responsible for creating a new dimension of relationship, recruitment, and as a result, for maximizing the sale of MICE events (training, banquets, conferences), active acquisition of new clients, maintaining relationships and maintaining contact with clients, identifying and solving problems in a way that ensures the satisfaction of guests and internal clients, commitment in maintaining good relations with the current hotel clients, ongoing monitoring of sales results. We are looking for the ambassador of the Afrodyta **** Business & SPA Hotel If you like meetings people, conversations and relationships that ultimately lead to financial results - apply for this position. Main responisibilites: cooperation with key clients, numerous meetings and participation in industry events, active and wise building of relationships with existing and new clients, creating the right atmosphere and quality of business talks based on the win-win rule, implementing the hotel's sales policy for a given calendar year. Expectations towards candidates: willingness to participate in frequent meetings and meeting potential business clients of the hotel, minimum 2 years of experience in the reception, sales or event organization in a hotel facility, high skills related to establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, regularity and timeliness, good knowledge of the event and training industry, the ability to initiate contact and establish relationships with business clients, the ability to initiate and provide clients with solutions tailored to their business needs, knowledge of sales techniques and principles of preparation and presentation of sales offers; knowledge of sales channels, negotiation skills, independence; ability to organize your own work, responsibility for entrusted tasks, driving license cat.
