A culinary studio is a novelty on the business meeting market. Opened in 2018 to offer innovative forms of integration meetings, it is a space where , during a cooking workshop, participants take an extraordinary journey into the world of flavors, fragrances, colors, creativity, culinary techniques and fun.
Master School
Discover the flavors of the world cuisine
The hotel chef, Waldemar Kosowski and his team introduce guests to the world cuisine. Participants can learn about the flavors of the Spanish, Italian and Polish cuisine, create holiday dishes or learn how to prepare fish and seafood dishes and make preserves in the home pantry. The culmination of the workshop is a shared tasting experience.

Our Culinary Studio was designed around the idea of good taste and food, providing a space with complete equipment. The studio includes:

  • equipment allowing to conduct workshops for 40 participants,
  • wood-fire oven,
  • combi steamer 2/3 GN,
  • gas kitchen grill,
  • special restaurant and bar tables with mechanical ventilation,
  • air-conditioning

 

We provide:

  • professional classes conducted by Chef Waldemar Kosowski and his team,
  • interesting workshop themes: Spanish cuisine, Italian cuisine, Polish cuisine, pierogi workshop, Christmas cooking inspirations, variations of fish and seafood, autumn preserves and home pantry aprons,
  • essential kitchen tools,
  • bartending shows and training at the bar,
  • collective tasting of prepared dishes,
  • sharing the author's recipies,
  • an independent parking space for workshop participants
