The Christmas period at Afrodyta is our regular Guests' favorite package. Every year, well before the date, we run out of places, so we encourage you to book today!

The stay package includes:

3 nights in the selected room with a welcome set,
3 breakfasts in the form of a rich buffet with cakes baked in the hotel confectionery,
2 dinners on 23.12 and 25.12,
a festive, traditional Christmas Eve dinner along with caroling together,
a meeting with Santa Claus /possibility to hand over presents to children/,
family chocolate sweets workshops on the first day of Christmas,
bonfire with sausage roasting, mulled wine and marshmallows for children in the winter garden on the first day of Christmas,
special children's buffet menu during meals,
available during the day in the restaurant buffet with coffee, tea, cookies and chocolate fountain*.

As every year, with attention to detail and intimate atmosphere, we prepare Christmas away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Many people return to us every year, traditions and bonds are created. Christmas Eve is a special time when the hotel Owners and their family wait for Guests, most of whom have known each other for years. The hotel is filled with Christmas decorations and the scent of the Christmas tree.

The quoted price applies to a stay of 2 people in a Superior room for 3 nights.

Boarding

The Christmas menu, composed by the Executive Chef, is a unique selection of starters, dishes, and desserts, where everyone will find a touch of tradition in both classic and signature versions, using the highest quality products, including regional ones.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Dinner and breakfast are served buffet-style.
During breakfast, we prepare dishes to guests' requests at the live cooking station.
During dinner, there is a buffet of cakes baked in the hotel pastry shop (made from natural ingredients), Christmas desserts, fruits, and hot drinks.
During breakfast, every guest has the opportunity to prepare freshly squeezed juice from favorite fruits and vegetables using a slow juicer, cold-press method.

The Christmas menu offers a combination of meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes - please report any special dietary requests when making a reservation.

Taking into account the legal obligation arising from the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors and the content of the United Nations guidelines on business and human rights, recognizing the important role of business in ensuring respect for children's rights, Flis , Pierzchała sp. j. - Hotel Afrodyta Business & Spa informs that during registration, adults traveling with children will be required to present a document allowing verification of the child's identity, indicating relationship, such as an ID card, school ID, MOBYWATEL or Internet Patient Account , civil status certificate, court decision, notarial consent of the parent for a given person to travel with the child or consent signed by the child's parent along with indication of the child's data, address of residence, telephone contact of the parent and ID number/PESEL number of the person to whom the parent entrusted care over the child.

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation terms

Automatic prepayments are required in accordance with the payment plan. We will send reminders for scheduled payments due to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking at least 2 days before payment will be taken. All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a missed payment, the hotel has a right to cancel the reservation.
