What attractions for children are there at the hotel?

For children, we have a playroom in the hotel, a playground in the garden and a mini-paddling pool next to the pool. Additionally, the restaurant has a special menu for children.

Is there a jacuzzi room available?

We have boutique rooms with jacuzzi and presidential suite with jacuzzi.

Is there a breathalyzer available at the hotel?
A breathalyzer is available in a designated place. a fee of PLN 5 applies. There is no need to inform the hotel staff about the willingness to use the service.
Is there a kettle and a tea set in every room?

All hotel rooms are equipped with a welcome set consisting of an electric kettle, 2 cups and several types of teas.

Apartments additionally include coffee makers and premium brand teas.

What time can I check in and check out?

Hotel day last from 15.00 till 11.00.

On Sundays, the hotel day, subject to room availability, may be extended free of charge till 15.00. The extension of the day is confirmed by the main reception on the day of departure in the morning by 11.00.

Is there a parking fee?

Parking is free for hotel guests.

Is there an iron in the room?

An iron is available at your request. Please contact the hotel reception, the housekeeping department will deliver it to your room.

We also offer ironing service. It can be ordered between 08.00 -16.00, delivery time up to two hours - extra fee applies.

Do you accept pets in the hotel?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel.

Is there any extra charge for the pet?

Pet owners should read the internal rules for pet owners upon the check-in.

The cost of the stay of the pet is 100 PLN per day.

Can I make an order with the bill on the room?

You can order a service and bill it on the room in every sales point in the hotel.

Each time we will ask for a signature on the bill.

In order to make purchases using the "hotel credit" service, in some cases we pre-authorize the blocking of funds on the credit card for up to PLN 500.

Can I rent a bicycle?

We offer bicycles at a fee, including bicycles with a child seat.

Bikes are available seasonally from April to October from 09.00 to 20.00 on weekends. At reception, you will receive a map of cycling routes around the hotel.

Are there bathrobes and slippers in the rooms?

The rooms are equipped with bathrobes and slippers to rooms with stay package bookings.

What are the night club opening times?

The night club is open on selected days. If you wish to do some bowling, please book in advance at the reception. The service is subject to extra charge.

How many kilometers is there from Warsaw to the hotel?

The distance from Warsaw to the hotel is 35 kilometers, about 40-minutes drive.

The hotel is about 100 km from Łódź - access via the free A2 motorway.

The hotel is about 250 km from Katowice - the Katowice express route is easily accessible via the S8 expressway.

The hotel is about 34 km away from Sochaczew - access via free national road number 50.

What is the most convenient way to get to the hotel?
The best option when using a car is the A2 motorway (exit Wiskitki or Grodzisk Mazowiecki) and the S8 expressway, the so-called Katowicka route. You can also reach us via an indirect train to the PKP Żyrardów station and order a taxi from this station.
Do you order a taxi?
At the guest's request, the Main Reception staff can order a taxi. The guest pays for a taxi service himself.
Are there rooms for the disabled?
The hotel offers rooms for the disabled and facilities for individual using a wheelchair (alarms, handrails, driveway, elevator).
Is it possible to do bowling in the club not being a hotel guest?

Bowling is available exclusively for guests staying in the hotel. Please ask at the reception for availability.

Are there rooms with balconies in the hotel?
The hotel offers rooms and apartments with balconies, but their number is limited.


Is the Aqua SPA complex included in the price of the stay?

Yes, as part of the room price, the Guest has unlimited access to the swimming pool, saunas, baths, jacuzzi and relaxation area.

Can I use the SPA treatments and Aqua SPA Zone if I am not staying overnight?
Of course, we invite you during our opening hours. We require a pre-booking of SPA treatments, access to the Aqua SPA does not require a booking.
Does a visit require any special preparations?
Everything depends on the type of treatment. For a treatment of the face cosmetics series, there is no need to prepare. Before a massage, body scrub or body treatment, we give you single-use underwear, a bathrobe and slippers to change.
Can Spa treatments be combined with other treatments?
Some treatments can be combined. One of the examples is the Day Spa package, where the treatments are arranged into special care programs that can be used on a single day. Combining certain treatments is not recommended. In such a case, we inform guests about that fact upon reservation. The receptionist offers the most appropriate combinations.
Do you provide slippers?
Disposable slippers are only issued for treatments, directly in the treatment rooms or at the SPA reception.
How many minutes before the start of the procudure do I need to arrive?
Please arrive for the treatment 5-10 minutes before the start in order to complete all the forms.
Can children use SPA treatments?
The offer of treatments can be used by children aged 15 upon a written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The consent should be signed before the procedure at the SPA reception.
What should you take when you visiting the Aqua SPA Zone?
Bring along your swimsuit and clean pool shoes.
When does my time in the Aqua SPA Zone begins to count?
The duration of stay in the Aqua SPA Zone is counted from the moment you enter the locker room.
What is the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi?

The pool water has a temperature between 28ºC and 32ºC, the water in the jacuzzi has a temperature between 30ºC and 35ºC.

Can children use the Aqua SPA Zone? From what age?
Children can use the Aqua SPA Zone every day (without age restrictions), but only under the supervision of a parent (legal guardian).
Is it required towear a bathrobe while relaxing in the Aqua SPA Zone?
There is no need to move around the Aqua SPA Zone in a bathrobe. There are high temperatures and high humidity, so a bathrobe is not required.
Do I need to bring a towel and swimsuit for a massage?
No, there is no need to bring a swimsuit and a towel with you for treatments. In the treatment room, you will always find single-use underwear and a towel to cover the body.
How many days in advance should SPA treatments be booked?
It is recommended to make a booking at least a week before the planned visit.
Are there treatment rooms for couples at the SPA?
The SPA provides two treatment rooms for couples, both with a private bathroom with shower.
Are the treatments performed only by women?
No, treatments are also performed by men in our SPA. If you have preferences as to the gender of the person to perform the procedure, please inform us upon the booking.

Is there an event room where you can enter a car?

Yes, we offer a modular room that can be combined in any way - you can enter even a few cars into the room.

Everything depends on your needs.

How many conference rooms does the hotel have?
We provide 10 conference rooms. The Delfy and Manor Centers are modern modular halls that can be combined according to your needs.
How many people will the largest conference room accommodate?
Both Delphi Room and Manor Room can accommodate up to 250 guests.
What does the room equipment include?
We provide a screen, projector, flipchart with markers, extension cords and notepads with pens.
How many rooms does the hotel offer?
We offer 72 rooms, including 62 rooms in the hotel and 10 rooms in the Dwór Afrodyta facility. Depending on the configuration of the rooms, we can accommodate a group of about 150 people.
What does the accomodation price include?
The price includes wifi, buffet breakfast, parking in the hotel and the possibility of using the Aqua SPA complex, which further includes: indoor jacuzzi, Finnish and physiological sauna, swimming pool with whips, geyser and counter current, steam room, caldarium, sensation showers, heated seats with Kneipp bowls, outdoor Jacuzzis.
Is there a parking fee?
No, the price of the car park is included in the price of the accommodation.
What additional attractions does the hotel offer to groups?

There are many possibilities. Starting from the SPA - we provide several treatment rooms that allow us to perform treatments simultaneously without having to wait in a queue.

Culinary workshops are highly popular among our guests. We conduct them out in the dedicated "Kurka Wodna" Culinary Studio. Our Chef offers workshops of Italian, Spanish and Thai cuisine. The offer changes several times a year.

In the evening, we invite you to the Utopia Club - bowling, billiards and table football are just a few reasons to give a visit.

Is it possible to organize team building activities at the hotel premises?
Yes, we have a terrain that allows guests to play field games and many activities offered by event agencies.
How many people will the restaurant accomodate?
The restaurant is capable to host up to 150 guests at the same time.
How do you serve lunch?
We serve buffet lunch - menu of the day.
Can I have a barbecue at the hotel?

Yes, we have a barbecue gazebo outside the hotel.

There is also the possibility of organizing a bonfire with sausages.

Is there a dedicated place for smokers in the hotel?

Yes, smokers are provided with an indoor space in the hotel within a short distance from the Delfy Room. Another indoor smoking room is located in the night club.

In addition, there are also several designated outdoor smoking areas.

Do you provide IT support during the training?
Yes, an IT specialist is there to help you throughout the training.
Does the conference and the dinner take place in the same space?

It does not have to, the hotel offer 10 training rooms including a banquet room and event room.

Meals are served to guests in dedicated places.

Depending on the nature of the meeting, it may be a restaurant, banquet hall, barbecue area, Utopia Club or the Culinary Studio for business.


What time do you serve breakfast?

In our hotel, we serve buffet breakfasts, Monday to Friday 7.00-10.00, and on weekends and holidays, 8.00 to 11.00.

Is there a children menu?

Yes, we have a menu for our little guests in the restaurant. You can also find special cutlery pads for your toddlers and coloring pages for the young guests. 😊

What time do you serve dinners and how much do they cost?

You can have a dinner every day from 17.00-20.00. The cost of the dinner is 99 PLN / person.

Is room service available in the Dwór Afrodyta building?
Room service does not apply in Dwór Afrodyta. It is a separate building and currently we are not able to provide a room service there.
Can I order with the bill on the room or do I need to pay each time?
Yes, you can order with a bill on the room. Payments can be made directly to the waiter in cash or billed on the room and payable on the day of departure upon the check-out.
Do you accept pets?

Our hotel accepts pets and invite all guests to bring their pets with great pleasure.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the restaurant. We can only accept them in our wonderful garden or the restaurant terrace.
